Due to the nature of wellness, herbal, edible and personal-use products, we generally do not offer refunds or returns on products once delivered.
Refunds or replacements may only be considered under the following circumstances:
Wrong product delivered
Damaged product received during delivery
Defective or expired product received
Missing item(s) in the order
Customers must report any issue within 48 hours of receiving the order.
To request a refund or replacement, customers must provide:
Order ID or purchase proof
Clear photographs/videos of the product
Description of the issue
Claims raised after the specified period may not be accepted.
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
Product opened, used or partially consumed
Change of mind after purchase
Personal dislike regarding taste, fragrance or natural variation
An incorrect shipping address was provided by the customer
Delay caused by the courier or unavoidable circumstances
Once the refund request is reviewed and approved by Ladakh Bloom:
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during purchase.
Processing time may take 5–10 business days, depending on the payment provider or bank.
In some cases, a replacement product may be offered instead of a refund.
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund.
Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
